As a CNC Machinist, you'll play a vital role in driving productivity by operating a variety of CNC machines and producing high-quality precision components.

Working under moderate supervision, you'll apply your expertise in CNC machining, machining methods, tooling concepts, and manufacturing processes to support critical projects across the organization.

• Utilize personal knowledge of tooling to properly and efficiently machine company product.
• Visualize setups and transfer that knowledge onto paper as instructions for the operators to set up the machine accurately.
• Operate machinery.
• Optimize tooling packages and tool selection.
• Work on cycle time reduction/set up time reduction.
• Ad-Hoc Problem Solving.
• Tooling, fixture, machine ad-hoc problem solving.
• Set up machine.
• Read and edit G and M code as needed.

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate program with a minimum of 6 years' CNC Programming experience.
• Ability to read and edit machine programming language.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong understanding of GD&T.
• Able to set up and run a machine.
• Problem solving skills.
• Sigma/Lean a plus.
• Experience with HAAS Machines.
• Ability to operate manual machinery (Bridgeport, Lathe).
• Ability to implement manufacturing processes.
  
  Ability to perform in process quality inspection on parts.
• US Citizenship required
