• Master the Craft:
  Perform disassembly and reassembly of top assembly chassis, sub-assemblies, and components with minimal instruction, ensuring every step meets stringent quality standards.
• Lead and Mentor:
  Share your expertise by cross-training, mentoring, and providing technical assistance to fellow assemblers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Test and Troubleshoot:
  Set up and operate advanced test equipment, including digital/analog voltmeters, oscilloscopes, Hi-Pot meters, and more, to evaluate and troubleshoot electronic products using schematics and established procedures.
• Drive Quality:
  Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure every product meets exacting standards, while recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate and Communicate:
  Provide clear written and oral feedback on test evaluations, assembly processes, and quality outcomes, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
• Maintain Excellence:
  Keep your workstation, tools, and equipment organized, while adhering to all company safety rules and regulations.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED, plus certifications in IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and IPC-7711.
• Experience:
  
  3-5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience in electronics assembly and testing.
