Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED. A minimum of four years of relevant work history in quality inspection or a related field is mandatory. Proficiency in conducting First Article Inspections (FAI) aligned with AS9100 standards is essential, while familiarity with Net-Inspect is considered a plus.
Core Competencies- Accumulate at least four years of professional experience in quality inspection or a similar capacity.
- Utilize precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and rulers to ensure product accuracy.
- Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to verify hardware specifications.
- Foster collaboration by effectively engaging with engineering staff, management, and facilitators.
- Help maintain organizational integrity by ensuring full adherence to Raytheon Technologies’ established policies and procedures.
- Execute quality inspections independently with limited need for supervisory guidance.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Conduct comprehensive final inspections on various electronic hardware series.
- Verify electronic hardware against workmanship standards and drawing specifications by examining components, wiring, and solder joints using specialized equipment.
- Generate necessary documentation and keep accurate records of inspection activities.
- Obtain and maintain all required professional certifications.
- Complete additional tasks and incidental duties as directed by leadership.
- Ensure that Acceptance and Test Data Packages (ADP/TDP) are accurate and meet contractual requirements prior to customer submission.
- Conduct thorough audits of both hardware and internal processes to support quality assurance.
- Maintain at least four years of experience in quality inspection or a related role.
- Apply calibrated measurement instruments like micrometers, calipers, and microscopes to support team accuracy.
- Analyze technical blueprints and drawings to ensure project compliance.
- Build strong working relationships with engineering teams, facilitators, and management.
- Support the company by enforcing compliance with Raytheon Technologies’ specific operational protocols.
- Perform quality assessments with high autonomy and minimal supervision.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to facilitate team success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Maintain a high level of energy and operational efficiency.
- Resolve workplace challenges through proactive communication with peers and supervisors.
- Show a dedicated personal commitment to the successful completion of all assigned projects.
- Exhibit a strong sense of initiative and self‑motivation.
- Experience interacting with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).
- High School Diploma or equivalent credential.
