We are hiring an installer who takes pride in doing the job right every time.
At Abbruzzese Floors Inc, we install high-performance resinous concrete coating systems across Long Island. The work is hands-on, technical, and detail-driven. We operate with clear systems and high standards. This is not a fast and loose crew. We move with purpose. We expect consistency.
Experience is not required, but professionalism is. We will train the right person. What matters most is ownership, reliability, and a strong drive to master a skill.
We are looking for someone who wants to lead themselves first and eventually lead others.
