Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery such as wrappers, conveyors, packaging equipment, ovens, and overhead doors to reduce downtime;
Diagnose mechanical and electrical breakdowns and identify root causes;
Perform corrective maintenance and repairs on production equipment including replacing components such as sprockets, pulleys, gears;
Troubleshoot electrical systems including 3-phase circuits and control systems; assist with PLC troubleshooting;
Maintain and repair conveyor systems and pneumatic components; document maintenance activities as per plant procedures
