Forklift Operator, Material Handler

Position SummaryAs a Warehouse Operator II, you’ll play a key role in moving, organizing, and tracking materials throughout the warehouse. You’ll operate forklifts and other equipment, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain accurate inventory. You’ll also perform tasks from the Warehouse Operator I role as needed.
Shift and ScheduleThe role operates on the 2nd shift, Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM.
OnboardingIncluded is a structured 4–5 day onboarding program, typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete onboarding during their first week.
Responsibilities- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentation
- Perform cycle counts and update inventory systems
- Organize and label warehouse storage areas
- Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow - Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Proven experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
- Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and inventory systems
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Strong organization and time management
- Team‑oriented and dependable
Approximate hourly pay: $22.14, with a $1.50/hour shift differential. Benefits include a 401(k) with company match, healthcare coverage, and a competitive total rewards package.
