Position Overview

F&M Trust is looking to hire a Financial Services Representative (FSR) formerly called Bank Teller at our Boiling Springs Office. As an FSR, one will service current and new customers of the bank in our recently renovated office that now uses cash recyclers. This individual will provide exceptional customer service while performing a wide array of transactions for our consumer and business customers.

Additionally, this individual will recommend bank products and services that will benefit our customers. If not knowing bank products and services scares you, don't worry, we'll train you on product knowledge. And do you know what is even more exciting? Pay rate generally starts between $16 and $18 an hour.

This full‑time financial services representative will work approximately 40 hours per week and receive a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits package. Incentives are paid out for referring a customer to a product they currently do not have with the bank.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Desire to excel in a sales and service environment

• At the Boiling Springs Office, the full team consists of a Community Office Manager who oversees a cluster of offices (Carlisle Crossing and Boiling Springs), an Assistant Community Office Manager, and 1 Lead FSR beyond this position. This Boiling Springs team will also work closely with the Carlisle Crossing team on an ongoing basis.
