We're restoring one of Pennsylvania's most iconic resorts while creating a destination centered on wellness, learning, creativity, outdoor recreation, and meaningful human connection. To help achieve that vision, we're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales & Experience Coordinator to support every aspect of our growing sales operation.
About the RoleThis is far more than an administrative position.
You will become the operational engine behind our sales team, ensuring every inquiry receives exceptional attention and every event moves smoothly from initial conversation through execution.
You'll work closely with our Director of Group Sales and collaborate with leaders across lodging, food & beverage, spa, activities, and guest services to deliver extraordinary experiences.

What You'll Do- Respond promptly to sales inquiries and assist prospective guests throughout the sales process.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain our CRM and ensure every opportunity is accurately tracked.
- Coordinate site visits and property tours.
- Assist in planning retreats, weddings, meetings, and special events.
- Schedule planning meetings and communicate details between departments.
- Help manage room blocks, banquet event orders, timelines, and guest information.
- Track sales activity, reports, and performance metrics.
- Support marketing initiatives and follow-up campaigns.
- Ensure every client receives thoughtful, responsive, and professional service.
