Wage Range: $85K - $100K
What You’ll Be Doing- Oversee and execute accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure timely billing, payment processing, reconciliations, and payroll administration.
- Manage vendor records, expense reporting, payroll documentation, and financial data integrity.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, answer questions, and improve workflows.
- Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
- Leverage systems and AI tools to automate and streamline accounting workflows, enhance data accuracy and reduce manual effort.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement more efficient accounting processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial and payroll information.
- Provide support for special projects, audits, and organizational initiatives as needed.
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with accounting and payroll systems such as Workday, , Expensify, or similar platforms preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- AI tools proficiency and curiosity around leveraging technology to improve accounting operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and explain financial information clearly.
