Envision Horizons is seeking a Finance & Operations Specialist to own core financial operations, invoicing, and collections across our client base. You will manage monthly invoicing, AR, and vendor records while maintaining accurate documentation and dashboards to support leadership decisions.
You will also partner with HR and Sales on payroll data, commissions, contracts, and process improvements, exploring automation opportunities to increase efficiency across finance and operations.
