Bridging external bookkeeping and internal financial models, the full-time remote Finance & Accounting Manager will reconcile discrepancies, support accounting processes, and transition bookkeeping in-house while managing finance admin workflows.
Key responsibilities- Serve as the liaison between external bookkeepers and internal financial models, reconciling discrepancies and aligning account structures
- Lead accounting tasks and projects, ensuring timely month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
- Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain Excel models that connect actuals to forecasts
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, including debits/credits and month-end close
- Strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools is a plus
- Demonstrated hands‑on use of AI tools integrated into workflows
