Senior Accountant Accounts Payable!
Looking to take the lead on our procure-to-pay process? We are seeking a detail-oriented AP professional to manage invoice workflows, vendor payments, and month-end close.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee invoice intake, GL coding, 3-way matching, and approval routing.
Execute payment runs (ACH, wire, check) and manage vendor relations.
Prepare month-end AP accruals, subledger reconciliations, and annual 1099 tracking.
What Were Looking For :5+ years of AP-focused accounting experience.
Proficiency in Quick Books, , and advanced Excel.
Strong problem-solving skills and vendor management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CMA is a plus.
