Idaho Housing and Finance Association is looking for a Training & Development Assistant to support the planning and coordination of employee training programs. This is a great opportunity for someone starting out in their career who enjoys helping others, working behind the scenes, and learning how training and development programs are built and delivered.

InThis Role, You Will
- Help schedule and organize in-person and virtual training sessions
- Communicate with employees and trainers about upcoming classes
- Prepare materials and make sure everything is ready before each training
- Track attendance and keep training records up to date Assist with creating and updating training documents and presentations
- Occasionally help facilitate or support live training sessions
- Other job duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of administrative or office experience (internships count!)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to create clean, visually appealing documents or presentations in PowerPoint, Word, and Canva
- Clear communication and a positive, helpful attitude
- Energetic and ability to “go with the flow” while keeping a sense of humor
- Willingness to learn and grow in a training or HR‑focused role
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
