This role provides high-impact administrative and executive support to three People team Senior Directors within a fast‑paced, globally connected organization, ensuring leaders are enabled to focus on strategic priorities. The individual will manage complex calendaring, global travel coordination, expense processing, and core administrative responsibilities, while also supporting executive‑level special projects, People team events, and cross‑functional initiatives. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, agility, and professionalism, with the ability to navigate shifting priorities, operate with discretion, and effectively support leaders and stakeholders across both regional and global environments.

This role supports senior leadership by enabling efficiency, protecting time, and ensuring priorities are delivered with precision, professionalism, and discretion. This role is on‑site at our Boise campus full‑time.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling across time zones, prioritizing competing requests, and preparing executives for meetings.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Anticipate executive needs and independently address issues to support effective decision‑making and time management.
  • Partner with internal teams (HR, Finance, IT, Communications, Facilities, Travel, etc.) to support organizational initiatives.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including visas, itineraries, and expense reporting.
  • Support the planning and execution of leadership events, offsites, and team meetings.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to administrative processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency.
  • Support ad‑hoc projects, data gathering, and business initiatives as directed by the executive.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, collaboration, and a consistent focus on operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Demonstrated professionalism and appropriate executive presence.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with care and integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow‑through on assigned tasks.
  • Ability to adapt effectively in fast‑paced or changing environments.
  • Strong relationship‑building and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing requests.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of administrative, coordination or office support experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration/Management, Human Resources or Business Operations preferred.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft suite.
  • Experience with AMEX Global Business Travel and Concur preferred.
