Role DescriptionThe MCLE Analyst works under the supervision of the MCLE Administrator and is responsible for the review, proofing and processing of Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) applications. The Analyst also assists with backup receptionist duties and communicates with both attorneys and outside organizations on a regular and timely basis. The position requires the ability to pay excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational, communication and customer service skills are also required.
The candidate will also need to have database and electronic file management experience along with accurate data entry skills. The need for multitasking and timely communication is a must, especially when working under pressure or with department deadlines.
Requires a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Some college preferred. Minimum two (2) years of experience in office administration required.
