Position Title: Receptionist
Schedule: In-Office | Full-Time (40+ Hours Weekly)
Pay Range: $20-25/hour DOE
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office
Location: Boise, Idaho
- Greet visitors, customers, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries
- Notify team members of visitor arrivals
- Manage and distribute inbound leads
- Open, sort, distribute, and scan incoming mail
- Process and prepare bank deposits, including check deposits
- Monitor and manage company voicemail boxes daily
- Maintain assigned company email inboxes and correspondence
- Scan, file, and organize important company documents
- Maintain reception, conference rooms, breakroom, and common areas
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory
- Mail and file weekly checks and company correspondence
- Support office telecommunications and security procedures
- Assist with company events, meetings, and team activities
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Able to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office technology
- Positive attitude with a willingness to jump in and help where needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support experience preferred
- Experience answering multi-line phone systems and managing office communications
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and email platforms
- Ability to lift and move office supplies and packages up to 25 pounds as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Previous experience in construction, roofing, home services, or a related industry
- Experience with document management, filing systems, and data entry
- Experience supporting recruiting, HR, or office administration functions
- Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or HRIS platforms
