Senior Administrative Assistant

This Senior Administrative Assistant role is critical to how TPG operates day to day. You'll support senior leaders, keep fast-moving priorities organized, and ensure seamless coordination across a global organization. Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate across multiple global time zones
  • Arrange and manage high-volume domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and expenses
  • Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools
  • Handle confidential communications and act as a liaison across TPG leadership, internal teams, and Micron sites
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, onboarding, and department operations
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong on-time delivery
  • Experience supporting complex calendars and global travel coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting senior or executive-level leaders
  • Background working in a global or matrixed organization
  • Experience onboarding or mentoring other administrative professionals
  • Familiarity with vendor coordination, event planning, or facilities support
