Kitchen Equipment Data Entry & Quoting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Kitchen Equipment Data Entry & Quoting Specialist with experience in commercial kitchen equipment
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering equipment details and pricing into our database and preparing quotes for clients.

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday)

• Enter kitchen equipment data, specifications, and pricing into our system.
• Prepare accurate quotes based on client requirements.
• Review equipment details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with the team and vendors via Whats App and email
  .
• Use Auto Quotes to look up, verify, and update equipment information.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all entries.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely quotation delivery.

• Experience in commercial kitchen equipment is required.
• Proficiency with Auto Quotes (AQ) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical product information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple entries/quotes simultaneously.
• Comfortable using Whats App, email, and database systems.
