National Continuing Education School Administrative Assistant
Perform various functions related to administering National CE School.
SKILLS- Clarity in verbal and written communication
- Ability to read and extrapolate data from varied sources
- Judgement in evaluating data and other spreadsheets
- Organizational skills to determine and reshuffle priority of work as necessary
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of property and casualty insurance is desirable
- Respond to email and other requests related to the CE School as directed by the School Director.
- Process requests for certificates for CE credits and post credits to various state CE systems. To be completed within 5 days of the CE event.
- Review incoming registrations and follow up for missing information.
- Maintain CE School Excel sheets – course approvals/renewals; state school approvals/renewals.
- File course outlines and supporting material through various state systems for CE approval.
- Assist with maintaining the state school licenses and classes including renewal, payment of fees.
- Process incoming and outgoing email and assist with marketing emails related to CE events.
- Scan CE sign‑in sheets where required and save in CE school e‑files.
- Maintain training materials for school.
- Match poll responses with attendance report.
- Obtain bios and photo releases from presenters.
- Obtain poll questions from presenters.
Contact with member companies related to school activities and announcements.

Salary Range $50,000 + $60,000 annually
This compensation range reflects the company’s expectations for this position at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, alignment with role responsibilities, education, demonstrated skills, and performance during the interview process.
