The ‘me too.’ Executive Assistant is a mission-driven, strategic professional with a strong focus on administrative and operational support. This role requires a high level of integrity and confidentiality and the ability to effectively manage complex schedules, administrative tasks, and operations support. The Assistant will primarily support both the executive team of me too. International, as well as operations for the organization.
The best candidate for this role will be someone who is excited about the work of ending sexual violence, who wants to support the organization’s leadership in working toward that goal through back office support. This individual has a true passion for the tiniest of details, and is incredibly thorough. They leave their ego at the virtual door, and bring a positive and solution-oriented style to their workplace.
They must have a proven record of executive assistance, as well as operational support work.
