Topcon Positioning Group is seeking a Front Counter Operations Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers and field teams. You will handle walk-in customers, answer phones, and enter orders in coordination with the sales team while keeping ERP records accurate and up to date.
You will also track inventory, coordinate transfers between locations, and assist the service department to ensure timely turnaround of equipment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
