Construction Administrator
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Administrator to join our Boise, team. This role involves providing essential administrative support to our onsite team at Micron, ensuring smooth coordination and communication across various functions.
Responsibilities- Onboard both field and office personnel, including IBEW coordination for dispatch, RIFs, and portability.
- Process new hires and act as the liaison to the HR office in Portland.
- Follow up on staffing requirements for the site.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and the local office.
- Prepare daily reports as required by the site.
- Schedule and track travel arrangements.
- Order office supplies and equipment, and manage mail and shipping requests.
- Coordinate all IT needs for the team.
- Answer phones and direct callers to appropriate internal and external contacts.
- Maintain general documents for the site.
- Support scheduling and coordination of internal meetings.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Good punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Background in electrical subcontracting or construction is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
The position is onsite at Micron in Boise, hours are Monday through Friday, with the possibility of exceeding 40 hours depending on project demands. The role is an hourly position. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
