Data Processing Coordinator
As a Data Processing Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful fulfillment of all requests regarding the order processing and purchasing activities within the department and adherence to standard procedures and checks in daily activity to provide excellent customer experience.
You will report directly to our Program Manager, and you'll work out of our Altomonte Springs, FL location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you support utility program operations by maintaining accurate, complete, and consistent information across internal and external systems. This role performs data reconciliation, resolves discrepancies, coordinates field documentation, communicates with utility clients and project teams, data entry and identifies opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and reconcile data across internal and external systems, investigate variances, identify root causes, and drive discrepancies to timely resolution.
- Develop and distribute data-quality, discrepancy, status, and ad hoc reports that translate operational data into clear insights for project teams, utility clients, and decision-makers.
- Evaluate data completeness, consistency, and workflow performance; communicate risks and trends; and recommend process improvements that strengthen efficiency, data quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with field supervisors and utility clients to obtain complete documentation, maintain auditable records, and perform accurate data entry and record updates as needed.
You Must Have
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify the cause of discrepancies and drive them to resolution.
- Experience with data entry, data processing, records coordination, project administration, or a related function.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including organizing, filtering, comparing, and validating data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with utility clients, field supervisors, and project management teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain clear, accessible records.
