This is an entry level position but with opportunities to learn valuable skills with in house training and hands on experience. Day to day activities include placing broadband Internet orders for businesses, managing the delivery of services, using spreadsheets to view data and update in our database, provide customer updates, and work with internal and external teams to resolve issues.

This is a viable entry into both networking or operational career paths.

• Broadband Service Qualification
• Using Internal Systems to Process Orders
• Using External Websites to Gather Details and Perform Data Entry
• Provide Verbal and Written Communication Updates to Partners and Internal Teams
• Answering Inbound Emails and Phone Calls for Installation and Support Activities

• Data entry experience is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical aptitude and desire to learn
