WHAT YOU’LL DOHodess is seeking a Protocol Auditor to support cleanroom entry operations at a client site in Boise, Idaho. This role focuses on ensuring personnel and materials entering controlled environments comply with established protocols, cleanliness standards, and safety requirements.
The Protocol Auditor will monitor entry procedures, perform material and bag checks, coach personnel on proper gowning practices, and help maintain clean, organized pre-gown and gown-room areas. This position plays a critical role in protecting cleanroom integrity and supporting overall site compliance.
Your day-to-day will require you to:
- Review and follow cleanroom and site-specific procedures related to protocol auditing and material entry.
- Monitor compliance with cleanliness standards, including visible contamination (particles, dirt, debris).
- Ensure proper housekeeping practices are maintained in assigned areas.
- Verify adherence to gowning requirements and approved materials policies.
- Conduct bag checks and material entry audits at designated entry points.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in pre-gown and gown-room areas.
- Coach personnel on proper gowning and entry procedures prior to cleanroom access.
- Escalate issues in accordance with established site procedures.
- Support documentation, audit tracking, and basic reporting as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support site operations.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Previous experience in a protocol, cleanroom, or controlled-environment role preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and remain on feet for extended periods.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and navigate stairs within the facility.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Steel-toed boots required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
