Pricing and Product Coordinator Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule
• $18.50 - $20 an hour DOE
• Manage customer account specific product and pricing catalog ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Product authorization and pricing maintenance
• Work closely with Sales Teams and Chain Stores to relay item authorization information
• Coordinate sales and delivery route changes as requested by supervisors
• Manage alcohol license renewals through maintenance within the VIP database and communication with our sales team
• Reporting on and analysis of information
• Manage new item origination and set up process
• Maintain item pricing
• Manage supplier billback invoice creation in Quick Books
• Performs other special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be highly organized, attention to detail and communicative, as others will rely on the accuracy of your information to make key decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook; advanced skills in MS Excel, specifically with knowledge of lookup and reference functions as well as pivot tables, ability to create spreadsheets, work with formulas
• Previous experience with Quick Books is beneficial
• Able to independently gather information from various sources, analyze data, and prepare what if reports to present to management
• Proficient using basic office equipment, ten key, and accounting terminology
• Quick learner and eager to dive into the work
• Able to communicate effectively
• Able to maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers while providing high levels of service by communicating clear and timely responses to issues, requests, problems and regular reporting
