Company is looking for a high-performance Sales Director to lead our national sales organization.

We are the oldest and largest US commercial manufacturer of sauna, steam, and cold therapy (Frost Locker) products for commercial gyms, professional sports and luxury residential projects across North America. Our clients include general contractors, architects, developers, hospitality groups, and wellness operators who expect precision, responsiveness, and exceptional results.

As demand in the wellness space accelerates, we are scaling aggressively.

What This Role Owns
  • This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for driving measurable results, enforcing CRM discipline (Zoho), and building a high‑accountability sales culture.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of product knowledge within the sales team (approx 7 people)
  • Strong daily outbound activity and relationship‑based selling
  • You will oversee team performance, review calls and communication quality, drive proposal velocity, and ensure installation follow‑through that generates repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Cross‑functional influence – working with production, engineering, installation teams to troubleshoot customer problems when they arise.
  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven ability to drive incremental monthly revenue growth within your industry
  • Strong pipeline management and KPI accountability
  • Experience in construction, architectural products, commercial equipment, or related industries preferred
  • A disciplined, competitive, results‑driven leadership style
  • Strong multitasking capabilities
  • Strong marketing and trade show experience
  • Strong understanding of how to leverage AI for material production and operational efficiency
  • Ability to read basic architectural plans and communicate basic construction concepts.
