Summary:
This role will support Product Managers of various departments as well as interact with multiple teams to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of published content in databases, websites and other electronic media. Duties include the collection, cleaning, standardizing, uploading and maintenance of various types of technical product content data for catalogs and multiple D2C and B2B websites.
Duties:
- Work with product management teams to create and update Vehicle Fitment Data
- Ensure proper vehicle fitment standardization between print and web content
- Validate, create and upload new product content into ERP and CMS system
- Maintain and update web content, images, files etc. for multiple websites on a Content Management System
- Perform meticulous editing and fact-checking for all content
- Monitor item data to ensure that product information and photos are accurate, content is current and free of errors
- Perform content quality assurance and correct errors in collaboration with the appropriate team
- Data reporting and report creation for Product Management Teams
- Manage your own workflow while coordinating with project teams and managers on schedules, requirements, goals and assignments
- Create data standardizations and audits to ensure data quality for all uploads into the system
- Any other additional duties as required
Education and
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Powersports industry experience is highly desirable
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Advanced MS Excel skills, Power Query are REQUIRED
- Experience with managing content in a database environment
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task
- Must be detail-oriented and a good problem solver
- Able to coordinate multiple assignments at one time including collaborating with Product Managers and Catalog Department personnel in the execution of tasks
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
- Must be a self-guided individual, able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability and desire to acquire new skills and knowledge quickly. Ability to think and work independently and in a team environment
- Resolute personal and professional ethics and the highest standards of professional conduct at all times
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
Working Conditions:
Heated and air-conditioned office.
