Overview

St. Luke’s Health System is seeking a Project Manager to join our Clinic Operations Program Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will support and deliver a wide range of operational and space‑related initiatives that directly advance our mission to improve the health of people in the communities we serve.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career project manager to grow. You’ll work closely with clinical, operational, and shared‑services leaders to plan, track, and deliver projects that directly shape how care is delivered across our medical group.

About The Clinic Operations PMO

Our Clinic Operations PMO is a highly engaged, relationship‑driven team that leads initiatives which support clinic workflow, patient and provider experience, operational efficiency, and space planning. Our team works across all medical group service lines and specialties to bring structure, alignment, and transparency to high‑impact work. You will gain broad exposure to healthcare operations and work alongside experienced PMO team members who will support your learning and development.

Key Responsibilities Project Delivery
  • Support evaluation of initiative alignment with system strategy, resource availability, and readiness.
  • Assess, plan, facilitate, and track initiatives from project definition through operational hand‑off.
  • Manage project tasks, timelines, risks, deliverables, and follow‑ups with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support change management activities, including stakeholder preparation and communication needs.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with clinic leaders, operational teams, and shared services (e.g., Practice Directors, Providers, IT, Finance) to ensure ongoing alignment and collaboration.
  • Maintain strong communication and relationship management across all stakeholder groups.
  • Engage stakeholders to support change readiness and surface barriers early.
Reporting & Data Management
  • Maintain project tracking tools, dashboards, and documentation to provide visibility into status, risks, and milestones.
  • Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of project success metrics, including financial, operational, provider, and patient impacts.
  • Track and report change‑related risks, feedback, and adoption progress.
PMO Collaboration & Process Improvement
  • Collaborate with PMO team members on cross‑functional initiatives and process improvement efforts.
  • Contribute to PMO standards, templates, tools, and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support project execution and operational goals.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Associates degree
  • Experience:

    2 years of experience
  • Licenses/Certifications:

    None
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Project/Project for the Web, or other tracking/reporting systems is strongly preferred.
  • Training or certification such as CAPM, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma is beneficial but not required.
