We are seeking a full-time National Sales and Marketing Director to lead and optimize our sales and marketing initiatives on site in Boise, role involves developing and executing market strategies, managing and growing the sales team, overseeing account management, and driving overall sales performance to achieve business objectives. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, establish long-term client relationships, and ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding Frost Locker's reach in the wellness and fitness industries.
- Proven expertise in Sales Management and Sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Strong Team Management and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and mentor high-performing sales teams
- Experience in creating and implementing Market Planning and go-to-market strategies
- Proficiency in Account Management, including building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is advantageous
- Experience in wellness, fitness, or related industries is preferred
