Business Analyst (AI Training)

We’re looking for experienced Business Analysts to lead and mentor a team of analysts creating high-quality, business-focused content that trains cutting‑edge AI models.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise, strong leadership instincts, and a commitment to analytical excellence.

- Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing AI training content.
- Allocate tasks, oversee workflows, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery across the team.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and continually refine processes to improve team output.
- Provide structured performance feedback, coaching, and professional development to team members.
- Serve as the primary stakeholder contact, delivering regular project updates and insights.
- Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content spanning finance, policy, e‑commerce, and more.
- Experienced business professional with 3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, or a domain‑focused role.
- Proven team leader with 2+ years managing or mentoring analysts or specialists.
- Sharp analytical thinker who can evaluate the quality and logical soundness of business content.
- Clear, confident communicator — written and verbal — with the ability to give precise, constructive feedback.
- Creative problem solver who can think laterally across complex business scenarios.
- Self‑directed and reliable when working independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
- No prior AI experience required.
- Master’s degree or advanced qualification in a business or quantitative discipline.
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or content evaluation workflows.
- Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured business content creation.
- Familiarity with AI tools or large language models as an end user.
- Work on cutting‑edge AI projects alongside leading AI research labs.
