Product Manager – Remote, USAFull time | Department:
Product | Compensation: $110K–$140K base salary
- Own and curate product roadmaps that align with customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities.
- Gather and analyze product feedback, enhancement requests, and market research to inform the roadmap.
- Partner with the product management team to build, validate, and continuously refine the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering to scope, design, estimate, and deliver product features.
- Document and analyze enhancement requests and trends to inform product direction.
- Deliver clear and effective functional product documentation.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage product version releases.
- Communicate product plans, updates, and value effectively to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist marketing in communicating product benefits and supporting launch activities.
- Participate in root cause analysis to recommend product improvements and enhance product fitness.
- Contribute to business process management initiatives by collecting metrics and improving processes.
- Conduct research, planning, and integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Act as a project manager on select initiatives as needed.
- Assist in developing product pricing strategies as appropriate.
- Communicate with colleagues, management, clients, and partners in a professional and courteous manner.
- Comply with all company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Strategic and analytical: assess customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions.
- Customer‑centered: passionate about delivering meaningful value and driving product adoption.
- Collaborative and influential: build alignment across teams and effectively navigate trade‑offs.
- Technically fluent: understand software development concepts, integrations, and APIs.
- Organized and execution‑focused: balance long‑term strategy with day‑to‑day delivery.
- Clear communicator: translate complex ideas into concise, actionable documentation and discussions.
- 3–5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, product marketing, professional services, systems development, or IT operations.
- Product management with data‑driven or AI‑driven feature analysis.
- Experience building integrations with external software systems.
- Experience integrating multiple products into a unified platform.
- Experience adding internationalization/translation capabilities.
- Experience with user management, authentication, and authorization.
- Competitive research and analysis.
- Experience in IT Operations domains such as ITSM, PPM, Asset Management, or similar.
- Administering or implementing the Team Dynamix Work Management platform.
