About the Role

The Sales Business Process Analyst evaluates and improves sales processes and systems, working across functions to identify gaps, design solutions, and implement scalable improvements that enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end process improvement initiatives with business and IT stakeholders.
- Analyze current processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate cross‑functional meetings to align on process changes and drive adoption.
- Develop business requirements, process documentation, and implementation plans.
- Monitor process performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement roles.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with business tools and reporting (MS Office Suite, process mapping tools) including Artificial Intelligence tools like Co‑Pilot.
- Experience with tools such as MS Dynamics, SAP, Rapid Response, ModelN, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of business process management (BPM) methodologies.
- Experience creating user stories, process maps, and change management plans.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience designing scalable, data‑driven process improvements.
