** PAY RANGE
** The Target Pay Range for this position is $-$ annually. The full Pay Range is $ - $ annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant.

** IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE****:
** As a Sr. Product Manager – Deposit Growth & Execution at BECU, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our savings, money market and CD account products by driving strategic vision and execution across complex business functions.

You’ll take ownership of product roadmaps and lead efforts that directly impact our members’ experience. Your ability to blend research, design, and business strategy will ensure that we continuously evolve to meet member needs while contributing to BECU’s success. Through your leadership and deep product expertise, you'll drive innovation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and inspire change that leads to meaningful results.
*** To join our dynamic team in this role, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, , CA, AZ, TX, NC, SC, GA, or VA.**
* * If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance to our Tukwila Headquarters (TFC), we encourage you come into the office on Tuesdays & Wednesdays each week.  For those candidates that live outside the commutable distance to TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be primarily remote. ** Develop, own and manage full end to end strategy for consumer savings portfolio (account acquisition, retention and new feature enhancements)
