Principal Technical Product Manager – CDBU DRAMResponsibilities

• Define and drive multi‑year DRAM product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle execution
• Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements and value propositions
• Serve as the DRAM product expert with customers and industry partners
• Lead demand forecasting strategy, including competitive analysis and market modeling
• Identify and integrate high‑value AI use cases into product planning and workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 3–5 years of product management or product development experience in the semiconductor industry
• Experience defining technical product requirements and managing cross‑functional execution
• Strong technical foundation in data center products or memory solutions
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach; applied artificial intelligence tools

• Master’s degree in engineering, product management, or related field
• Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and server ecosystem trends
• Familiarity with JAMA, JIRA, or similar tools for requirements management
• Strong communication and presentation skills with customer‑facing experience
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance product management workflows
