As a Sales Business Process Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating and improving sales processes and systems. You will work across functions to identify gaps, design solutions, and implement scalable improvements that enhance productivity and effectiveness. This role is highly visible and requires strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and process design skills.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives with business and IT stakeholders
- Analyze current processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align on process changes and drive adoption
- Develop business requirements, process documentation, and implementation plans
- Monitor process performance and implement continuous improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement roles
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency with business tools and reporting (MS Office Suite, process mapping tools) including Artificial Intelligence tools like Co-Pilot
- Experience with tools such as MS Dynamics, SAP, Rapid Response, ModelN, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of business process management (BPM) methodologies
- Experience creating user stories, process maps, and change management plans
- Strong facilitation and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Experience designing scalable, data-driven process improvements
