As a Program Manager, you will lead a team that delivers exceptional patient support and work with our clients to optimize program impact.

Key Responsibilities Operational Program Management
  • Understand client objectives and incorporate them into program service goals.
  • Ensure that Pharma Cord executes program services in compliance with contracted service level agreements.
  • Manage client service request queue, both completed and in progress.
  • Implement and manage client‑specific business rules.
  • Identify opportunities for program improvements in scope, service, and delivery efficiency.
  • Evaluate data and provide actionable insights that advance the program consistent with client objectives.
  • Monitor and provide weekly updates on items impacting program financial forecast.
  • Prepare activity summary for client monthly invoice development and review.
Team Selection, Hiring, Training, and Development
  • Identify talent for open positions and develop internal candidates for promotion.
  • Partner with HR to ensure staffing levels are maintained.
  • Develop a steady pipeline of candidates in collaboration with HR.
  • Drive training, development, and retention of the team.
Client Support
  • Prepare, review, and analyze client‑specific operational results.
  • Lead preparation of client business review meetings with operational metrics and data insights.
  • Act as point of contact for program/operational queries and issue resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to client work instructions for adverse event and product complaint reporting.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred;
    Master’s degree preferred.
  • Previous personnel or team management experience required; experience managing managers is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the specialty drug product marketplace, health insurance claims processing, and product commercialization is a plus.
  • Prior experience leading customer service teams is a plus.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Regular requirement to talk or hear; frequent requirement to sit for long periods, type, handle, and reach with hands and arms; preferred typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy.
  • Minimal flexibility for travel as needed.
  • Professional office environment with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
