The Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing the execution of select high-priority strategic initiatives. This role supports the translation of the strategic initiatives into strategic business cases and operational business plans for execution.

What You Can Expect:
  • Supports development of strategic business cases and operational business plans for high-priority strategic initiatives.
  • Supports execution of the plans to meet project milestones, target budget, KPIs, and deliverables.
  • Leads work teams related to project execution. Directs and manages work including interfacing with resources and stakeholders across the organization, as well as outside of the organization.
  • Provides leadership and mentoring to other members of the portfolio team to execute on the plan.
  • Provides regular updates of project progress, risks, and escalations.
  • Collects and tracks progress towards outcome metrics and KPIs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience:

    Six (6) years’ relevant experience
