Job DescriptionCash Account Manager/Specialist – responsible for being the lead point of contact for cash customer account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships and serve as trusted advisor to key account(s) and customer stakeholders. Manage cash loads, cash reconciliation, cash loss reporting, and branch support of vault cash locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS- Oversee onboarding of new terminals
- Monitor processor/logo set‑up
- Monitor transmission of orders to Brink’s
- Support last‑minute orders
- Act as liaison between internal recon + finance teams
- Manage claims for FCTI
- Process monthly true‑up payment and track stolen cash
- Generate monthly invoices
- Champion solution improvements
- Automate orders for FCTI/customers
- Receive balances from processor and Brink’s and report missed loads
- Run analysis for cash management improvements
- Forecasting
- Armor management
- Conduct monthly reviews
- Ensure service quality
- Identify new opportunities
- Other duties as assigned

- High School Diploma required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Experience in the ATM industry is highly helpful.
- Reconciliation experience preferred.
- Background checks must be passed and confidentiality maintained.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, and Advanced Excel.
- Ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets with formulas, pivot tables, V‑lookup, and graphs.
- Experience with cash management software systems preferred.
- Capability to learn new software and applications quickly.
- Basic math skills.
