  • Serve as the primary integration point across sites, Central Planning, and Capital Finance for capex changes, approvals and plan alignment.
  • Ensure capital governance and audit readiness, including adherence to approval flows, documentation standards, and accountability requirements.
  • Partner with Line Planning, Procurement and site teams to ensure cost integrity for new Facilities and Construction programs including budgeting requirements.
  • Drive adoption of AI‑assisted working methods across GFAC Cost processes, including business planning, forecast reviews, executive reporting, meeting preparation, knowledge management and documentation, while ensuring data governance, security and compliance requirements are met.
Minimum Qualifications

    • Proven track record of applying AI‑powered efficiency and analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft’s intelligent assistant, Genie, or equivalent) to improve efficiency in data analysis, reporting, business process execution and decision‑making.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience applying Generative AI, AI Agents or other AI solutions to improve planning, analytics, forecasting, project management or financial processes.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
