VC Associate @ Cedar Creek Capital in Boise, ID

Cedar Creek Capital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Associate to support investor relations and drive capital raise efforts. You’ll engage with investor leads, provide personalized follow-up, and manage CRM data with precision. This role is highly interactive, goal-driven, and essential to our firm’s growth.

• Conduct investor meetings (20+ weekly), scheduled by marketing
• Respond to all communications and new leads within 24 hours
• Proactively manage investor outreach, education, and follow-up
• Maintain accurate CRM records and meeting documentation
• Assist with investor portal registration and closing coordination
• Communicate investment offerings and industry trends confidently
• Collaborate with the team to meet investment raise timelines and goals

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in sales, investor relations, or real estate (required)
• Knowledge of commercial real estate and self-storage sectors
• Skilled communicator with strong follow-through and CRM proficiency
• Grit, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence and ownership
