Job Summary: As a Visa Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process, providing accurate information, and offering tailored solutions to meet their specific visa requirements. Your role will involve thorough knowledge of immigration laws, visa regulations, and excellent customer service skills to ensure a smooth and successful application process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their visa needs, assess eligibility, and recommend appropriate visa options based on individual circumstances.

Visa Application Assistance: Guide clients through the visa application process, including form filling, document collection, and ensuring compliance with relevant immigration laws and requirements.

Documentation Review and Verification: Scrutinize client-provided documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to visa application guidelines, ensuring all necessary paperwork is in order.

Communication and Liaison: Maintain regular communication with clients, embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities to provide updates on application progress and address any queries or concerns.

Stay Updated on Immigration Policies: Keep abreast of changes in immigration laws, visa regulations, and procedural updates to provide clients with current and accurate information.

Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients by offering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and providing continuous support throughout the visa application process.

Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to visa processing, maintain records, update databases, and generate reports as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven track record (2 years) working in visa consultancy, immigration services, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of visa application processes, immigration laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using visa processing software and relevant computer applications.
