In this high-visibility role, you will act as a consultative partner across internal teams, driving seamless end-to-end execution and resource allocation across dynamic marketing campaigns. • Direct end-to-end campaign routing and resource management within Workfront to ensure on-time strategic execution across all marketing deliverables.
• Partner consultatively with cross-functional service teams to resolve complex timeline constraints and deliver data-driven workload solutions.
• Establish proactive communication frameworks and turnaround expectations with stakeholders to maintain continuous project momentum and alignment.
• Monitor pipeline analytics and workload balance to identify potential bottlenecks, mitigating operational risks before they impact business outcomes.

• 3+ years of mid-level project tracking or traffic management experience within a dynamic agency or corporate creative environment.
• Specialized expertise in Workfront for assignment routing, resource allocation, and project lifecycle tracking ( experience preferred).
• Proven track record of managing competing priorities, driving client service excellence, and maintaining continuity during peak volume cycles.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent business experience, accompanied by advanced Excel proficiency.
