What's Under the Hood Drive Time Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $25+ billion in finance receivables for Drive Time and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.

That's Nice, But What's the Job? In short, as a Product Manager you own end-to-end product delivery, from problem ideation and definition through launch and post-delivery outcomes. You remain actively engaged through solution design, development, and testing to ensure outcomes match intent. You proactively keep stakeholders informed, remove roadblocks, and drive timely decisions to keep initiatives on track.

In long, our Product Managers are responsible for:
  • Owning the product vision and executing the product roadmap, articulating the features that feed the roadmap
  • Influencing roadmap and investment decisions beyond an individual feature or release
  • Assessing business needs and value, determining potential solution options, and making strategic tradeoff decisions to choose the solution with the best ROI
  • Establishing schedules, guidelines, and procedures and determining the most effective way to deliver a complete solution to an identified problem
  • Owning software vendor assessment and relationships to support business goals.
  • Working with business owners and development teams to analyze, prioritize, and organize business requirements to ensure efforts focus on the most critical needs
  • Defining business requirements by partnering with internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitating and leading discussions with technology teams and business users to define business requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Managing projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring the intent and execution are aligned
  • Working cross-functionally with strategy analytics, process, operations, legal, and compliance to ensure products are delivered successfully
  • Communicating the vision and goals for a project, and supporting the development team through the achievement of those goals
  • Conducting meetings with all business levels to communicate new initiatives, features and rollout of new products and services
  • Ensuring success criteria are measured and results are socialized to key stakeholders

The Specifics.
  • 4+ years of Product Management or other relevant experience
  • 6+ years of experience in any combination of business operations, Product Management, or Business Analysis roles
  • Bachelors degree in business or MBA preferred; or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining product roadmaps
  • Passion for continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated experience leading initiatives with significant ambiguity, risk, or organizational impact
