  • Develop skills that travel well into future roles in service delivery, relationship management, implementations, project leadership, product partnership, and commercial strategy.
  • Play an active part in client growth and expansion, support prospecting activity and helping clients broaden their Clearwater footprint as their businesses scale.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries across investment accounting, reporting, reconciliation, platform usage, and operational workflows while becoming a trusted day-to-day partner and extension of the client.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and thoughtful support to sophisticated institutional clients with complex structures, bespoke requirements, and high service expectations.
  • Manage day-to-day servicing across multiple client entities, ensuring strong execution, follow-through, and clear communication.
  • Use Clearwater front & back‑office tooling to investigate issues and resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Support clients across the broad set of Clearwater capabilities all while helping them maximize value from the Clearwater partnership.
  • Perform operational activities such as account setup, month end lockdowns, reconciliations, compliance‑related tasks, and validation of investment data.
  • Navigate multi‑custodian, multi‑portfolio, multi‑currency environments with a strong focus on data quality, control, and auditability.
  • Coordinate across internal teams including Product, Data, Recon, Billing, Global Delivery, Implementation, and Sales to deliver a cohesive client experience and keep work moving without handoff gaps.
  • Support client projects and initiatives such as onboarding activity, portfolio transitions, custom reporting requests, process improvements, and other strategic change work.
  • Identify themes, recurring issues, and product gaps; contribute to documentation, service improvements, and scalable best practices.
  • Contribute to training, coaching, and oversight of junior team members where appropriate.
