Jacobs is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Support Professional to join our Boise, team. This role serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers, providing professional support, resolving inquiries, coordinating service requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a non-exempt, paid hourly position.

Here's what you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration
  • Minimum 3-5 years of customer service, administrative support, or related experience.
  • Experience leading and/or managing a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Ideally, you'll also have
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting engineering, construction, consulting, or professional services organizations.
  • Familiarity with project-based business environments.
  • Ability to promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Ability to provide accurate information regarding Jacobs services, project status, billing, and company processes.
  • Confidence coordinating with engineering, project management, finance, and operations teams to support customer requests.
  • Resolve customer concerns and elevate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.

The base salary range for this position is $49,100.00 to $76,800.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
