Supply Demand Analyst, Revenue Operations

As a Supply Demand Analyst (SDA) within Revenue Operations, you will connect customer demand, constrained supply, and revenue priorities across Sales, Business Units, Supply Chain, Demand Management, and Operations. You will support Sales Lock, Sales Plan, Sales Flash, constrained consensus, and customer support planning by analyzing demand signals, backlog, supply feasibility, customer commitments, and execution risks. Your insights will help improve planning accuracy, protect commitments, and enable timely cross-functional decisions.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Analyze demand, backlog, Field Sales Forecast, Sales Lock, Sales Plan, CSP/CC, supply availability, and customer support signals to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with Revenue Analysts, Forecast Analysts, Sales, Business Units, Supply Chain Planning, Demand Management, and Operations to align demand and supply assumptions.
  • Support constrained consensus and customer support planning by evaluating plan feasibility, allocation needs, supply constraints, and demand changes.
  • Resolve supply-demand disconnects, planning exceptions, data gaps, and process handoff issues that may impact revenue attainment or customer commitments.
  • Recommend allocation, build-ahead, pull-in, remix, and other execution actions to optimize supply-demand balance.
  • Use Rapid Response, Snowflake, Power BI, Excel, and related enterprise tools to manage data, evaluate scenarios, create reporting, and support decisions.
  • Monitor planning performance, forecast quality, supply fill, booking status, and execution readiness across weekly and intra-quarter rhythms.
  • Improve Revenue Operations workflows by reducing bottlenecks, manual handoffs, and data quality issues while supporting automation efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, sales operations, revenue operations, finance, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across Sales, Business Unit, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Excel and business intelligence, planning, or reporting tools; experience with Rapid Response, Snowflake, or Power BI preferred.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor, technology, manufacturing, or supply chain planning environments preferred.
  • Passion for leveraging, building, and improving AI Supported workflows
  • Experience with AI Assisted analysis and decision support

Finalization of sales agreements or the execution of sales contracts is prohibited. The role also does not carry the authority to make definitive decisions regarding contracts, be it their conclusion or termination. Furthermore, the role is not designed to involve participation in pricing negotiations or the authorization of contracts. These activities fall beyond the permissible duties of the position.
