Environmental Solutions Safety Coordinator

* POSITION SUMMARY:

** The Safety Coordinator RIES is responsible for safety-related data integrity and generating, analyzing and disseminating safety-related reports to field management.

** PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* + Generates and analyzes weekly claim reports to support field operations.

+ Generates ad hoc reports for field and corporate staff as necessary.

+ Manages Safety and Environmental Compliance tracking systems (STRS/CTRS).

+ Provides field training on division level use of compliance tracking systems.

+ Regularly communicates with field management and resolves discrepancies or other concerns.

+ Manages customer safety databases and updates with Company specific information.

+ Maintains OSHA 300 and 300A log.

+ Updates and maintain HSE policies and procedures.

+ Assists with the coordination and tracking of employee training.

+ Assists in tracking and analyzing DOT compliance.

+ Provides monthly reports to the Safety/Operations group to upload in presentation decks.

+ Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

* QUALIFICATIONS:

* + Basic understanding of safety plans and programs.

+ Knowledge of DOT, OSHA and other applicable health and safety standards.

* MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

* + 2+ years of experience in a role with HSE responsibilities.
