Enablement Manager
Location:

The Enablement Manager serves as a force multiplier across business units by designing and implementing training programs, operational processes, AI-driven automation solutions, and enablement tools that improve productivity, increase scalability, and accelerate business outcomes. This role partners with sales, operations, recruiting, program management, and delivery teams to simplify complex workflows, standardize operating procedures, drive adoption of automation technologies, and enable teams to work more efficiently.
The ideal candidate combines process improvement expertise, enablement leadership, data analysis, and change management experience to drive measurable operational impact.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to streamline operations.
- Design and document scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Build repeatable mechanisms that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Create frameworks that support rapid growth while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation across business functions.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered tools, workflow automation platforms, and productivity solutions.
- Develop role-based training programs for new and existing employees.
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and track productivity improvements.
- Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Experience:
5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Enablement, or Process Improvement. - Experience creating and implementing SOPs and operational frameworks.
- Experience working with automation tools and AI-driven solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale organizations.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or process optimization methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI platforms, workflow automation tools, and low-code solutions.
- Experience developing onboarding and training programs.
- Familiarity with CRM and reporting systems.
- Experience working in technology, consulting, operations, or digital transformation environments.
