- Hold meetings with various internal stakeholders
- Ensure checklist steps are completed and documented in the corporate ERP system
- Efficiently start contracted repair loops for customers
- Extract information from SAP into MS Word/Excel
- Navigate SAP t-codes and support basic problem solving
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive completion of project/program activities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field
- Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint and Excel
- Effective use of a PC, MS Office, and other software
- Ability to be trained in SAP, extract information from SAP into MS Word/Excel, and navigate through 10–15 t-codes
- Ability to take initiative in basic problem solving
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Self-starter with determination and focus on achieving final goals
Demonstrates proficiency in SAP for data extraction and navigation, alongside strong skills in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Capable of effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to drive project completion.
